Presentation:  Telling the Story as Managers with Dr. James Brown


James T. Brown Ph.d., president of SEBA® Solutions Inc., is the author of The Handbook of Program Management published by McGraw-Hill. He is a regular contributor to the PMI Community Post and has been published in PM Network, PE Magazine, Projects@Work, and PM World Today.


Morning Session – Picking our Stories to Tell: Value Based Decision Making Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. Select projects, prioritize them and make critical projects management decisions that can boost your bottom line.

Afternoon Session – Presenting the Story: Project Management Presentation Skills. Like any craft, presentation skills can be learned and there are tactics and tricks to becoming an effective presenter.


Professional Development Units:   All attendees will earn eight (8) Professional Development Units (PDUs) for the all day session or four (4) PDUs for either AM or PM session for use towards the Project Management Professional (PMP) recertification.
